Shooting damage not repaired by management
The management in this case seems to be trying to get out of paying for repairs by blaming the victim. I feel for this poor woman. Years ago there was a shooting at my dad's apt.
Someone hit the wall right above my sister's crib. This was in Houston, TX where you might expect more of these things to happen. Little Rock needs to get it together and crack down on crime before this becomes the norm.
