The Ozark Medieval Fortress is a working castle being built in Lead Hill, AR. It is being built using only traditional methods. Thirty masons, carpenters and stone carvers authentically dressed, will work all year round for twenty years, the time required to build a fortress in the Middle Ages.

Ozark Medieval fortress is open to visitors 7 days a week from May 1, 2010 to Nov 30, 2010.
10 AM to 6 PM everyday Rain or Shine
Ticket sales close at 5 PM
Tour Times: 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m

Individual Rates

0-5 years old Free
6-16 years old $8
17 and over $12
One-hour Guided Visit: $1 per person

  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

Group Rates

Applicable for groups of 20 or more
