Forget electric ice cream makers an put away memories of ice and rock salt mixtures and endless cranking. All you need is a little liquid nitrogen (-320°F), some creamy ingredients and an appetite for exploring the science of sweets!
2pm, 3pm and 4pm our Museum Chemists will concoct some ice cream for you to taste! Then you can enjoy a cup of ice cream courtesy of Blue Bell Creameries.
