Thinking about adopting a pet? The Humane Society of Pulaski County may have just the one you are looking for. In addition, they are having a special in honor of National Adopt a Shelter Cat/Dog Month:

"July is National Adopt a Shelter Cat/Dog Month. In addition to our usual wellness examination, vaccinations, worming, heartworm test for dogs, FIV and FIP tests for cats, spay or neuter, 4 pounds of Science Diet, and training video (a $400+ value for $75), we are also including a gift basket of goodies, a cute silver tag, and a coupon for a free dog wash at one of our Volunteer Dog Washes."

The next dog wash is July 18 9am-2pm at Kroger on N. Polk (This is the Heights Kroger off Cantrell). Cost-$15 donation
